The Art of Brian Punger

So here's another update on the self portrait i've been working on, not finished again but making progress. 

Havent done one of these in a while, this one is pretty interesting.  Probably some of the more interesting lighting i've done.  Not done of course but I get excited when I start a new painting.

So here is the Sigur Ros painting updated, still not finished but significant changes were made.  Also a painting of Emersons mma fight. 

Well here are my efforts so far this year.  There is a 3 dimensional element in each of these works in that one aspect of the image is a wood cut out over a wood background.  They are not even close to being finished so dont be too quick to judge.  Click to Zoom.  

Here is a video to hold you over until its done.  They are amazing, making music out of anything.  (those are stones) 

So I decided to start painting again and try a different approach.  Using a Jigsaw I have been cutting out portions of my paintings and attatching them to a background.  Here is a picture I took of one that I am working on from my iphone.  Not sure who the hell reads this but whatever.
